How an application runs

• Send your dates, the room you would like, and the details the application asks for.
• Complete identity verification and upload the documents requested.
• The owner reviews applications in the order they arrive, using neutral criteria.
• If approved, you receive the agreement to read and accept online.
• The first payment — typically deposit, initial fee and the first period — is due before move-in; recurring charges follow the published schedule.

Nothing is charged while an application is under review. If it is declined, no payment is taken and any documents you uploaded are handled under the privacy policy.

What you pay

An extended-stay quote covers the rent for the period, utilities where they are billed with the room, the refundable deposit, any initial fee, the cleaning fee from the catalogue and the extras you chose.

The deposit is refundable and is never taxed. Consumption tax is applied only where it is genuinely due, which for longer residential stays is not the same as for a nightly booking — the calculator handles that distinction for you rather than leaving it to a footnote.

The agreement

The written agreement between you and ONE WAVE合同会社 sets out the dates, the amounts, the notice period and the house obligations on both sides. You read it in your own language and accept it online; a copy stays in your dashboard for the whole stay.

Templates on this site are drafts pending professional legal review. The version you are asked to accept is the version that governs your stay, and we will point out anything that has changed since you applied.

Documents and residency

Longer stays involve paperwork that a hotel booking does not: identity documents, an emergency contact, and in some cases confirmation of how the stay is funded. We ask for these because the law and the house register require them, not to filter applicants.

We LIVE WORLD does not give immigration advice and cannot sponsor or guarantee a visa. Whether a particular status of residence permits your stay is a question for the immigration authorities or a qualified adviser.

Living here

You share the kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, laundry and garden with a handful of other residents. It works because everyone keeps to the same rules, cleans up after themselves and respects quiet hours.

Mail, deliveries, storage, guests staying over and long absences are all covered in the house rules. Read them before you apply — they are short and they are enforced evenly.

Ending a stay

Notice periods and the move-out checklist are in the agreement. The deposit is returned after the room has been checked, less anything genuinely owed, and you receive an itemised statement rather than a bare figure.
