A fair application, always
Applications are assessed only on neutral operational criteria: minimum stay, verified identity, occupancy limits, availability, ability to pay, acceptance of the house rules and truthful information. Nationality, race, ethnicity and origin are never used.
Agreement
This acceptance flow is a demo placeholder. It records a typed name, timestamp and request details for the audit trail. Production e-signature and legal enforceability require a proper e-signature provider and legally reviewed templates.
Compliance & legal status
The accommodation or tenancy terms that apply to a stay depend on the approved stay length and the property's operating permissions. The 15-night threshold on this site is an operating setting and does not by itself determine legal classification or licensing.
